Very nice quaint and cute hotel. Good location and price. The rooms was very clean and comfortable and the place was quiet. It's a good value. The beach is less than a block away and the pool is nice. It would be nice to have an elevator and the door locks need updating. It would not be difficult to break into the room. I still felt safe as a solo female traveler, but the locks were not very secure.

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I attempted to make a reservation online, but the booking was set for later that day instead of immediately. As directed on the door, I called Suzanna for assistance so I could clarify the issue and possibly fix the reservation since my money had already been withdrawn from my account. While I was trying to explain the situation, she abruptly hung up on me and then refused to answer any of my calls afterward. I wasn’t even given the opportunity to explain the issue or receive help. Because of this, I had to reach out to customer service myself to cancel the reservation, and now I’m not even sure if I’ll be receiving a full refund despite never checking in or staying at the property. Customer service and professionalism were completely lacking. It honestly felt like the only thing that mattered was taking my money, not helping resolve the problem. Very frustrating experience and definitely not how guests should be treated.I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. Our stay was beautiful and felt like a home away from home. We were right in the middle of all the activities we had planned and had a 3 minute walk to the beach. The only issue was WiFi didn’t work good at night but I hooked my hotspot up from my phone so it wasn’t a huge issue. I would most definitely stay here again!!

Location, location, location! We just got home from a week-long visit to Florida and had the most wonderful stay at the Carriage House hotel. We picked this hotel online based on positive reviews and I want to make sure we add ours so prospective guests will feel confident choosing this hotel for their vacay! First I would like to say - the proximity to the beach is unmatched! And the beach is AWESOME. The palm-tree lined drive will immediately send you into vacay mode. The 3-minute walk to the beach is so convenient. We stayed in the 1-bedroom apartment sized room so we could have a full kitchen for our family to cook while we were here. The demographic seems to be mostly retired-age people but we were warmly welcomed by all! We enjoyed nearby activities such as Gumbo Limbo nature center and aquarium, The Girls Strawberry patch/ice cream store/Petting Zoo, Wakodahatchee Wetlands,And Sugar Sand Park. And Deerfield Beach is just the loveliest Beach we could ever hope to find! We will absolutely be back.
